Testimonials
Our daughter has been attending HHMS in the Casa program for the past two years, as well as their Summer Camp program. Entering a school environment without any previous day care experience, we found the transition was made so much easier by the compassionate staff and accepting students.
During her time there, Rachel’s self confidence has flourished, she is learning and growing at an exceptional pace and has become a leader in her classroom. She enjoys all activities, both in the classroom as well as the extra curricular opportunities available through HHMS. She takes pride in her work and her school, and has built strong relationships and friendships with both the staff and her peers.
Parents are also encouraged to play an active role in their children’s education through volunteering and the PTA. In joining the PTA, parents are able to come together to discuss ways to make HHMS an even stronger institution and can become involved with fundraisers and events to benefit the school and the children.
We are confident our daughter and all children at HHMS are attending a well structured Montessori environment, together with freedom and creativity, encouragement and guidance.
Our daughter Hannah has had an amazing montessori experience at the Hatch House. As first time parents we were anxious about leaving our daughter in someone else's care, however the staff at the Hatch House were extremely welcoming, caring and friendly. Our daughter has flourished into a bright and social little girl who has attended the Hatch house from the age of 1 in the pre-toddler room up until now at the age of 4 where she is in a Casa room.
She absolutely loves to go to school and is open to so many experiences that are available to her such as French class, Music class, dance lessons and Jiu-Jitsu. Hannah has developed some very strong bonds with her teachers and friends which makes us as parents, feel confident that she is very well taken care of.
We are thrilled with her progress, her journey and above all her education that she has and will continue to receive at the Hatch house. We were so pleased with Hannah's care and education that we did not even hesitate to have our son Lucas attend the Hatch house last year as well. The transition into the pre-toddler room for Lucas was easy and we are very excited to see how he will progress in his own educational experience.
As parents as well as educators ourselves, we are so pleased with the education and care that both of our children receive at the Hatch House. We couldn't imagine them going anywhere else.
During the orientation session at HHMS we were greeted by friendly and professional staff members that were able to answer our questions and provide us with the assurance we were looking for.
Adrian was shy of his first birthday when he started the pre-toddler program. He immediately began to thrive and reach his milestones at a rapid pace. Adrian felt extremely comfortable with his teachers and adapted very well to his new environment, which made us as parents relieved.
We have made special bonds with the teachers throughout Adrian’s HHMS journey because of the first rate attention we have felt Adrian has always been given. Adrian is continuing to do well in the Casa Program being exposed to French, music and various developmental activities.
In the spring, Adrian’s younger brother Esteban will be enrolled at HHMS and we look forward to witnessing his own journey.
Hatch House was an easy choice for us when researching the various options available for daycare.
Jack has attended Hatch House for three years and he couldn't be happier. He looks forward to going to school each and every day and it is truly amazing to see how much he has absorbed and learned in this enriched environment. The children at Hatch House are exposed to a wide variety of subjects and activities that challenge and develop their abilities while keeping learning fun and enjoyable.
The facility is wonderful and the teachers and staff are all very warm, friendly and loving. It feels great knowing that you are leaving the most important thing in your lives in good hands every day. Jack has formed many strong, positive connections with the teachers and we have been fortunate to have met some wonderful families in the area through the friendships that he has formed in his three years at the school.
We are very thankful to have selected Hatch House and will definitely be sending our second baby there in the near future - we look forward to seeing him flourish and grow in a similar fashion as his big brother.
Thanks Hatch House!
Samantha's in her third year at Hatch House. The friendly experienced teachers and staff make for a warm inviting educational atmosphere that Samantha has thrived in. At four years old Samantha's education in the Montessori environment has already taught her the skills normally not introduced until Sr. Kindergarten or Grade 1 such as reading, French classes, geography, etc. This year she was able to add playing the piano and martial arts to her learning experience.
We could have enrolled Samantha into the public school system this year but decided to keep her in the Montessori environment for at least one more year. We know how important the first five years of learning is for our daughter.
When our son, Evan was an infant, we looked at a variety of area childcare facilities and nothing felt right to us until we went to Hatch House. When we toured the facility, we were given information about all of the programs offered at Hatch house. It was not the beautiful well-kept building or the excellent curriculum that convinced us that this was the right program for Evan, though these things have certainly benefitted him. We were swayed by the genuine interest that the pre-toddler teachers showed Evan and are delighted that he continued to have excellent, caring teachers in the toddler, pre-casa and now the Casa classrooms.
Hatch House has afforded Evan an enriched curriculum that has included French, music, sign-language and gym in addition to the Montessori materials. Evan particularly enjoys his music class and is often teaching us new songs although it is his vocabulary that tends to impress our friends and relatives! Evan's experience has been so positive that we have decided to keep him at Hatch House instead of beginning public school this year. It won't be long before Evan is showing his younger sister the ropes at Hatch House and we are confident that her education and care will be of the same excellent quality.
